the location was quite convenient. i could walk to many attractions. the restaurant offered a reasonable happy hour.

the shower door was inconvenient. it only opened away from me. the handle stuck, and it took maintenance 45 minutes to fix it.

the staff seemed rushed and cold i never felt welcome the parking was advertised as $40 a night however the actual cost was $65 per night the resort fee included water but i only received water the first night

the two queen beds in our room was great for our family of four. the location was perfect, right on michigan avenue. the staff was always friendly and ready to assist. the modern bathroom had all the amenities i needed.

the shared door with my neighbor's room wasn't ideal, but it was manageable.

The rooms are small for the price I paid. I found the staff rude and sarcastically disrespectful. I will never come here again (I think I made that quite clear).

The staff at the front desk was very kind to me. They assisted me greatly with directions around the city. The room was also clean, and they provided fresh towels each day. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept very well.

The shower door was difficult to manage. It would only open away from me, not convenient. I did had to wait almost an hour for someone to fix it. The work order not was made correctly.
